Every seller adds a unique TXT record to the domain's DNS. Only someone who controls the domain can do this. We re-check periodically and automatically suspend listings that lose verification.

Your account, listings and parking are free. We charge a 10% fee only on completed sales, deducted automatically from the payment.

The buyer pays by card via Stripe. The money stays on hold until the buyer confirms receipt of the domain (or automatically after 5 days without a dispute), then goes to the seller's bank account.

It depends on the extension and the registrar: usually between a few hours and 5 days. The seller enters the authorization code on the transaction page and we guide you step by step.

For negotiable domains you can send an offer, and the seller accepts, declines or counters it. An accepted offer automatically becomes a transaction with protected payment.

You enter your maximum and the system bids for you automatically, only as much as needed. A bid in the last 5 minutes extends the auction so every participant has time to respond.

Open a dispute from the transaction page while the money is on hold. We review the case and, if the transfer didn't happen, refund the full amount you paid.

Yes. Each domain page shows whether the seller is a private individual or a trader, because consumer rights differ.

Sellers automatically receive the fee invoice, also submitted to RO e-Factura. Invoices are in your account, under Invoices.
